As the name suggests, we are a completely independent business network, set up by a diverse group of local businesspeople. After some planning, we started our breakfast meetings in the autumn of 2004, officially launching on 6 January 2005. Five years down the line, we now have an active and growing membership.

We meet for breakfast every Tuesday morning at the Falstaff Hotel in Leamington Spa to network, welcome visitors and pass on business leads and also to manage our funds to promote the group. WIN is non-profit-making and membership fees have so far gone into: development of the group identity, local radio advertising, development of a website, development of a newsletter and donation to local charity.

We are always looking for new visitors and members for our network, particularly people who see the value in supporting local businesses and becoming part of a successful sales co-operative.

We also welcome occasional speakers on personal and business development issues.

Our BIG events are held approximately every two months on a Thursday, 7.00-8.45am
